managed to mess up a simple filling, which i have to get re-done at another office, the worst dentist ever - not sure the hygiene in their office is that great either

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had an experience with both Dr. O'Brien and Dr. Batjer, and both were exceptionally competent. I had a back molar pulled, and Dr. O'Brien mentioned that due to its location, I probably wouldn't miss it. She was right! This office has very impressive technology, and every question I had was not only answered, but also came with visual aids in the form of computer screens that showed every detail of my teeth. Dr. Batjer was especially kind to a child in the next space, putting her at ease and talking about school and his own daughter to make her more comfortable. Dr. O'Brian is very gentle, in both manner and technique. We have found our new family dentist office!

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
