They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
