Hi... my name is Byron Greene, I live in Zillah wash. I have been a customer of this dental facility since 1975 when Ken Drewel operated it...and one fine dentist I must admit. After Ken sold to John Postegate, another fine dentist ,there have been a few new owners. In the 40 some odd years I have been a customer I have spent many many thousands of dollars at Pioneer Dental Clinic.

Today I received a $35.00 bill for a appointment I did not meet, partly your fault and partly mine. I had a appointment and I received a call from your office that there was not a dentist on the premises...so I turnaround and went home. Iam on call for driving and its not easy for me to keep a appointment...when the phone rings I have to go...probably two appointments I had to cancel...sorry bout that. I have informed the office staff many times that it is difficult for me to keep a appointment, I know that can be frustrating for office staff but it cannot be helped

If the lady that answered the phone would have wanted to work with me I probably would continue with Pioneer Dental Clinic....that didn't happen...I have found a new dentist office .....I hope that they will appreciate the thousands more dollars that I will probably spend....Good Bye PDC
