I've been to a lot of dentists in my time. Dr. Jim and his crew are THE BEST. From the top down they not only strive for excellence (like the business name says) they surpass it every time.

I've been going to see Dr. James Harken for almost 30 years. My wife has been seeing him for much longer than that. My kids have known no other dentist. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Doc is the best when it comes to filling a cavity. You never feel a thng! The staff is great too. If there is a question about paying for anything, the ladies are right on it. I always know before I leave the chair where I stand with my insurance. On a 5 star scale I give them a 6!

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
