Their billing department is the worst in Spokane. I was overcharged and then insulted and belittled by Tammy at The Kidds Place. She has no knowledge of customer service or even common courtesy. The doctors are fine but not worth the hassle of having to deal with their dishonest financial practices and rude employee.
