This was absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. The office and exam areas look like they haven't been updated since the seventies. It was very cold and hospital like. My cleaning took 15 minutes. Are you kidding me? My normal dentist cleaning takes 45 minutes. The cleaning they did do was brutal. My gums still hurt 4 days later. When I was seen by the actual dentist for my toothache, he said there was nothing he could do about it and gave me no other options. He just shrugged his shoulders and said too bad. If this is what care is like in Spokane, I will drive back to Seattle to get the level of comfort and care I expect from a dentist.

I chipped a tooth and was in incredible pain. I have no insurance and limited money. CHAS couldn't see me for more than a month and I was desperate. I am soooo glad I called Hillyard Dental Clinic. They got me in the next day, fixed my tooth and charged less than CHAS quoted me. Dr. Kunkel worked quickly, was friendly and my tooth feels just like it did before I chipped it.
