Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I loved how gentle and careful they were toward me. They not only treated me with respect they showed respect for each other. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.. I actually like going to the dentist and that most certainly includes everyone.

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
