My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Moore does the best root canals and crowns. I came and had both done on the same day, the whole processes was completely painless. The TV's they have in the rooms are such a great distraction. I was able to go to work the next day completely comfortable. The best part is that his prices are great too. I called around town and he completely beat everyone else's prices. I will be bring my family in for their cleanings and check up's. I would recommend him to anyone and their families!

Dr. Moore does have some good qualities. The staff is great and the environment is nice. In 2008 I had a root canal done. I have been back to his office in Federal Way for the same tooth. I have been in so much pain since 2008. So this time I went to a different Dentist and this dentist fixed the problem that Dr. Moore was suppose have fixed in 2008.I can't help but wonder if he would have been able to do a better job on my Root Canal if he wasn't talking to me and his staff about a bunch of nonsense.‎

I really dislike this office. The personnel are rude and the doctor just chats with the hygienist about inappropriate things while he is working on you. . I didn't know this until I went to my new dentist. My new dentist stated that it fell out and if he had been the one to fill it, that he would have replaced it at no charge since the filling should have lasted for more than 7 months. When I went to talk with the Dentist at Dash Point Family Dental, he accused me of being the cause of the filling falling out. He said that I had eaten something that caused it to break and that he wasn't going to refund my money. my current dentist assured me that this is not the case, and that Dash Point Family Dental should have been responsible for getting it fixed. I'll never go back here ever!
