I highly recommend both dentists at this location. I have been a patient with Dr. Johnson for over 10 years and have had a lot of dental work done. I have been very pleased with the quality of service provided as well as their efficiency in being able to attend to me right as my appointment started. Even their after-hours emergency response was awesome. I had a car accident where I fractured my jaw and lost a tooth, and Dr. Jorgensen came in on a Sunday 2 days before Christmas to assess and stabilize my condition. I can't say enough about the two dentists that work here. Their staff is awesome as well. Totally friendly, and everytime I walk in for an appointment, the atmosphere of the office is just radiating. I have a lot of praise for this dental practice, that's probably why I haven't switched, to a different one.

A couple of years ago I found Dr. Jorgensen and the Aesthetic Dental Associates on this website. I hadn't been to a dentist in more years than I care to admit. Right from my initial call to make the appointment to my actual visit I was treated with the utmost respect and care to help calm my shaky nerves. Upon meeting Dr. Jorgenson I was immediately impressed at his compassion and his ability to recognize my apprehension. His calm demeanor, tone and chair side manner went a very long way to helping to ease my fears and actually got me to make an appointment to come back and get to work on my teeth. I have been going for a couple of years now on regular basis to get “caught” up with some of the work that has to be done and couldn’t be more pleased. From Sharon who has been a huge help with my insurance and accommodating my schedule changes on short notice, to Heather “ The Cleaner of my Teeth” it has been an outstanding experience. I truly wish I knew all those years ago how painless a visit to the dentist could be when you are dealing with a professional like Dr. Jorgenson and the entire team. I would not only highly recommend Dr. Jorgenson and his team, I would strongly encourage it. A sincere thanks to Aesthetic Dental Associates.

I have been going to Dr. Michael Jorgenson for dental care for the past four years and I have had an excellent experience every time. I have never liked going to the dentist but he uses such great care that I am always completely comfortable. I appreciate not only his kind and compassionate demeanor, but also his skills as a dentist. It is not always easy to find someone who excells in both areas, but Dr. Jorgenson certainly does. Not only is he my primary dentist but he also pulled my wisdom teeth, which I had been putting off for years. I have heard such horror stories from people that have gotten their wisdom teeth pulled that I had been avoiding it - until I met Dr. Jorgenson. It wasn't at all the experience I had been told about by others. It was virutally painless and Dr. Jorgenson was always checking in on how I was holding up and giving me encouraging words. In addition to keeping me at ease, he did an amazing job as the healing process was simple and fast. I can't say enough about Dr. Jorgenson. He is the best dentist I have ever had and I hope he stays around here for a long long time.

I have had several crowns replaced by Dr. Michael Jorgenson, and I am extremely pleased with his service in all respects. The crowns felt very comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Jorgenson is a caring, meticulous person who discussed all options at length with me before starting each procedure. He is also aware of some patients' fears regarding dentistry, and his calm, friendly disposition makes one feel very relaxed. I would highly recommend him.

Compliments of Aesthetic Dental Associates. Over 16 days ago my veneer and part of my natural tooth feel out while I was sleeping. I called the dentist they made me wait for a week before seeing me. When I did see them they made me feel bad, blamed me, claimed it was all my fault. I was sleeping. They put it in wrong. They claimed to guarantee their work. They don't. I didn't get any help the first day. Went back the next day and they put on a temporary tooth and ordered a crown. They claimed a crown should have been put on in the first place and noticed that in my record I had asked for crowns. They put in veneers, not as strong as crowns. I went along with their recommendation, since it was claimed to be guaranteed work. This is at Dr. Robert Johnson's office. The man that also helped with my dental work went to Africa to help children with their teeth. He was replaced with someone fresh out of dental school named Dr Michael R Jorgenson with an attitude and sarcasm that kills to boot. He has treated me quite badly.

My dad's RV broke down, so I came to the rescue and drove to California to rescue him. While on this trip, the temporary tooth fell out along with more of my natural tooth, chipped the teeth in front and in back of it as I was eating at the time and didn't know it fell out. I spent a whole day looking for a dentist, waiting in a dentist office and begging for help. Finally a dentist put on a replacement temporary tooth and put it on crooked so water, food and bacteria are got in and It fell out. I have been toothless in the front for quite a while now.

Thanks again Dr Michael R Jorgenson for telling the place I got the temporary tooth negative comments about me that I heard due to the phone being on speakerphone. Your bedside manner, confidentiality and lack for anyone but yourself, your ideas and your wallet. How dare you con my Mom into paying for a new crown. Using the term "One Time Only", and "A Free Pass", while charging her credit card the full amount. When we discussed it you claimed you would discount the work, well you charge 3 times than any other dentist in Seattle, so your discounts on already supposed to be guaranteed work don't mean anything. I sat there and listened to you use the words you are getting "A Free Pass" this won't happen again, while saying nothing and hearing in my head I should speak up for myself.
