It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. Too bad they know it all, I'll definitely not be going back. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about addressing the issues I was concerned about. They were very qualified and knowledgeable, maybe overly knowledgable that does not allow them to hear their client. The tooth that i was concerned about was never attended and a tooth that i had no issue with- they fixed and has given me pain ever since. The office was easy enough to find and my new awesome dentist is in the same building.
