They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. When I got a cavity filled there, Dr. Morgan drilled it out, but then one of his staff filled it with the filling. I'm pretty sure the dentist is the only one that should fill the cavity. The staff that was assigned to me kept leaving without even saying anything. Got my free Sonicare, but not going back there again

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. \
