If you want a fine dentist Swanson seems fine but oh my gosh their billing dept!!!!

We got a bill recently saying we were 90 days past due, with a huge charge that didn't really list what it was for. We hadn't gotten a bill in ages so we were confused about why we were 90 days past due.

We called them because we wanted to make sure things were right and they ended up taking the service charge off and we scheduled our payment with our bank. We figured that was it, case closed.

Since then they have harassed us by phone and text about our bill. Mind you it's still within 30 days of us receiving this bill which is the FIRST bill we've gotten from them in ages. Remember we called them and talked to them about it. Additionally the check is already scheduled with our bank to be there in a couple of days.

They don't care. They won't turn over our patient records, they are threatening with collections. I'd stay away from them.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.
