They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. '
Earl is an outstanding dentist - slightly lacking in bedside manner but superb skills make up for that.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
