BUYER BEWARE!!! Parks Orthodntics is a braces mill of the worst kind! If any kind of problem arises the staff and Orthodontist become rude, abusive and condescending to the patient and parent. It is clear that this is a business that is all about making money rather than healthy smiles. Although the patient will pay top dollar, it is the assistant that does most of the work so the patient isn't even getting what they are paying for. This orthodontist certainly puts on a good enough show to get the patient in, they seem competent, there is a modern computer check in, there are video games for the kids and pretty website, etc,...but all that glitters is not gold...Stay Away!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Love the staff and they give great tips for thumb suckers, eventhough my son does not want to give it up..LOL! Overall i will continue to bring my other kids when they are of age.
