This provider took care of me after having an accident that injured my front tooth. The staff was friendly and the Dr. was gentle. The office now has two Dr's to choose from

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Dr. Gwaltney is a weird guy. I felt so uncomfortable and I will never return there or recommend him. He is just in it for the money - I'm surprised he has any patients. Beware of him ! There are plenty of fine Dentists in Suffolk, so give anyone else a try. Other people have told me the same kind things and have said he has a BAD temper too !

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
