They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
