Yes! They bled for days!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Dr. Parikh's work is quite good, unfortunately when she hands you off to the staff member who cleans the teeth it heads south. The staff member butchered me the last time I had a cleaning, I went in with no pain, and every single tooth hurt by the time I left. She used the water/vibration cleaner, and was spraying water up my nose too many times. I almost stopped her mid-cleaning, it felt like she was cutting my gums out, but stuck it out. Dr. Parikh's rates are high for the area, but worth it when she actually does the work. Run screaming if she hands you to her staff. Her billing staff doesn't always hand you a statement of services rendered without being asked, and there have been billing mistakes in the past.
