I agree with all the negative reviews. I feel better to know that I was not the only one unhappy with General Dentistry. Be carful when they clean your teeth. They will chip your good teeth and eventually, you will need a root canal. Money, money, money... that's all they care. Please send your complaint to the Dentistry Board.

I can't rate them too highly on the friendliness scale. They were not polite and I wasn't very impressed. I could tell that they took pride in their new office's appearance in the building they just purchased. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in but when I brought up the subject of them over billing me by almost $1000.00 they weren't so friendly any more. I asked them why they did not inform me of changes in the policy and was told that I should have read a price of paper taped to the wall. When I said that they could have mentioned it at some point in one of the many visits, I was told that they can't be responsible for informing all the patients they see. (But they can be responsible to inform all there patients of upcoming appointments? ) There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're in a rush.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
