They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Sandra is not the way Bethany described . She is very helpful and
caring. Sounds to me like Bethany has some personal problems

The worst part about this office is the receptionist Sandra that sits in the front. She is extremely rude and asks questions as if she is the dentist. She makes personal comments about things she should not - such as suggesting that I put my kids before my job simply because I asked for a late afternoon appointment. Complaints have been made to those above her but she is still there....I will not return.
