I went in today with my two kids as usual, this assistant at the end was rude by trying to correct me cause I was telling one of my kids that they would have to pull her teeth. How dare her?it wasn't what she was saying that bothered me its how she said it. She acted as if though I was dumb. I should have listened to my instinct, which told me to not go back there. I never really like them because they are so unprofessional after putting on gloves that's when they want to touch everything else in the room and sometimes down the hall. I am so not going back to them with the kids. Thumbs down! Also, when I told the receptionist she didn't even make the effort to find someone higher for me to talk to. Not cool and I wouldn't refer a dog to this place.

Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new

Office staff is unprofessional and the waiting room is disgusting: no decoration, a single play table for children that was literally filthy, a single potted plant on the floor in the corner sitting on top of a piece of Styrofoam packing material with about 3 inches of brown stagnant water in it. If they can't even provide a semi-clean pleasant waiting area, what do the exam & procedure areas look like ? We didn't wait around to find out. Avoid this place at all costs.
