Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The office is warm and comfortable, one of the nicest dentist's offices I've been to. The staff was very helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I have never had them cancel an appointment. Dr. Lukanuski is very gentle and sensitive to the patient's well-being during procedures. This is the best dental office I've been to and I've been a patient now for about 5 years.
