They were recommended by a very reputable Endodontic dentist. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Their receptionists are very thorough, polite, helpful and friendly. Not a snobby one in the bunch.

The staff and doctorrs are friendly, professional, and courteous. I usually get seen on time. I like that they value my time also. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and very thorough. I've never experienced any pain. After trying out lots of bleaching products, I got my teeth bleached here. Amazing. They are so white and I am so pleased. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I tell my friends who need a dentist to definitely go here.

I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
