The office and equipment seem clean. The staff is friendly and worked my husband and kids in the same day as their evaluation for cleaning.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

They are acceptable in most aspects, but the number of appointments is unreasonable: First visit is x-rays only, need to make another appointment for a cleaning (and they are booked for several months in advance). Then if you need a filling or anything, you need to make another appointment- for each one. OK so I had three cavities- no reason I can't have them all drilled and filled at once. So what my old dentist would have done in one visit (he was exceptional, but I moved), I need to make five!
And in general, you feel like a number- very assembly line-ish feeling, never see the same person (except the receptionists) and continually hit up for extra services.
Oh and when they do fill a tooth, you get shot up with novacaine- maybe you'll like avoiding the pain, but I'd rather take a few minutes of pain in the chair than several hours of drooling afterward.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.

Although they have a somewhat long wait list and it's sort of hard to get an appointment, they were very good. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
