When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They never seem very busy, but it is hard to get an appointment, and on many occassions they call and ask to change the appointment. The Receptionist is not very friendly. AMIRREZA RAFAAT is a good dentist and I like him and his work, but he doesn't communicate my options well, but the flip side is he applies no selling pressure and I like that a lot. His Hygenist is very good also...
