Its very hard to find a dentist who doesn't either over treat you, by doing procedures you don't need, or who doesn't under treat you, by letting your teeth rot out of your head. Dr Burns is great. I hate the dentist. And have looked forever to find one I felt I could trust. I have found my man.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They did not give me gas during my extraction but said they were...whitch causeed me to have post traumatic stress. They did not give me antibiotics after extraction and had I not been proactive and find a professional oral surgeon I wouldhave been hospitalized or dead! something shady is going on at this place!!!

They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Been a patient of PBjr for 30 years, he is a wonderful person and wonderful dentist. Most of my family go to him. Jr has retired and his son Preston III who has been there for several years has fully assumed the practice and we are very lucky, cause if there is anyone better than Jr it is his son.
