I am a total coward when it comes to dentists. Dr. Burns Jr. and his whole staff were very considerate of my fears and concerns (I guess I'm not their first chicken!). I felt cared for, not mocked. And the big news is that Dr. Burns has never caused me pain. He seemed to go out of his way to make sure I was calm. They all paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I still don't rush to the dentist but when I need to go I will always and only go to Dr. Burns Jr.

I have used this office for 30 years and have never been disappointed with my treatment. All options are explained to me, and every attempt is made to make me comfortable. The staff is courteous and friendly, and even the magazines are worth reading!
