Poor restorative work on all family members.
Poor insurance practices where write offs were not written off and the patient was charged.
Totally different dentist from over 15 years is seeking him.
He also allows assistants to have more of a say dentally even though he is the dentist.
Found a new provider.
Very sad to leave a once great practice.

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, it didn't taste good at all

Great Dentist, wonderful staff. Dr. Marshall is awesome. He's done a lot of work on my teeth and they look great. I encourage anyone who needs a dentist go and check out Dr. Marshall's office, you'll be glad that you did.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
