I've been seeing Dr. Chaen Kwok for over a decade and couldn't be more satisfied. He provides excellent care, does great work, provides great referrals if needed, and is very friendly. Excellent doc!

Dr. Chaen Kwok has been my dentist for 15+ years. He is an excellent dentist and I strongly recommend him to anyone with teeth!
I am always satisfied wih how quickly my calls are answered or messages returned. The staff is nice and very professional.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
