Avoid this place. They can be hard to reach. If they get a minor's phone number, that is who they will call for appointment reminders instead of the parent. They did that several times even after they were asked to stop calling the child and call the parent. Their billing is horrible. They say they over estimated what my insurance would pay and several months after the service started sending past due notices for amounts and will not provide any detail on what the amount is after repeated requests. It is impossible for them to provide detailed billing like other dentist offices will.

Very much unsatisfied. I left frustated and disappointed - never wanting to visit this dentist. Dr. King makes you question and talks a lot - sounds organized but he is completely disorganized - highly commercial and exploits a lot. His dental procedures created dental problems for me that never existed until I was under his care. Honestly finish your research before committing to a single dentist. There are no standards maintained, just talk ing will not help the patients I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Their staff also are dis-organized like the Dr.King.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely unsatisfied. I left confused, disappointed, and discouraged from ever wanting to visit another dentist. Dr. King makes you question what is the purpose for having dental insurance and getting routine preventive check ups. His dental procedures created dental problems for me that never existed until I was under his care. Do your research before committing to a single dentist. Sometimes you have to travel for quality service. if you are looking for high standards, comapssion, passion for the field of dentistry, or honesty...then don't come here.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like the DDS doesnt trust his staff because after his hygienist explained it to me he came in adn did the same thing even after I said it had already been explained. I feel like dr. king cares more about money than his patients. he is also VERY SLOW dont come here if you have to be somewhere else on time. I went here for an extraction and he didnt start till 1.5hr into my appt. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. love the staff just not the dentist ....

AVOID THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!! After separating from the military for after about 10 years, I unfortunately had to find a civilian dentist. When my family and I moved to this area, we decided to receive dental service from Team Dental since it is in a 1 mile radius of our home. I didn’t like the dental office, maybe because I was accustomed to military dentist (familiar and personable), but we stayed because it was convenient. To make a long story short, I can’t begin to tell you how unsatisfied I have been with this office, especially the dentist. My son has been seen here, and every time I take him for a check up, he has numerous cavities. I know I have my son brush his teeth more than twice a day, so how can he have cavities, not to mention he has checkups every six months with this dentist office. I tried to talk to the dentist about the situation and preventative measure, but his answer is “brush”…very limited in knowledge….(this was my son’s first dentist)…..Finally, a pediatrics dentist office opened across the street and the dentist was fabulous, very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate. My son hasn't had any problems since the recommendations the new dentist suggested. Please don’t take your child to Team Dental.
Another complaint is, after going to this practice for a few years, King convinced me to get Invisalign to close the spaces in my bottom teeth. This has been the worst medical experience in my life. In the past I had only been seen for minor procedures, such as cleaning. Once, I began the Invisalign treatment, I began to deal with the staff more and found them to be very rude, disrespectful, uncompassionate, dishonest, and incompetent. I began to have some dental problems while using the Invisalign and I explained to Dr. King about the discomfort I was having and other abnormalities that were going on in my mouth. Without even examining me, he told me I need a deep cleaning. I had the cleaning done by another recommended dentist office, because I was eventually told by someone else that King appeared to be somewhat incompetent including his staff, so I should get a second opinion. The pain continued after the cleaning and was somewhat worse. The pain was from my temple to my neck, including my jaws and all my teeth. I was so afraid, I immediately contacted my family practice doctor and she referred me to a neurologist. She also told me the pain was probably coming from my Invisalign trays having holes in them. I then went back to the dentist that did my cleaning and explained the discomfort and she said the pain was probably coming from the Invisalign trays having holes. My problem with King is, I have had those holes in my trays for over a few months and have been seen in his office for routine checks of my Invisalign trays. He never once mentioned the holes and the effects it could have. I have been in so much pain, and have taken off work to see these different doctors, not to mention I had a CT Scan and MRI scheduled to make sure there are no other problems going on. I am a much laid back person, and I normally don’t complain, but I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received and the lack of knowledge and compassion of the dentist. I no longer wear my Invisalign trays, because I am afraid of the effects. My teeth now look worse than they did before I began using the Invisalign. This office is a hot mess, and he treats his dental assistants like crap. I will be reporting him to ADA. I will not continue my Invisalign with him, even though I paid him about $4000.00 cash for the service. This is the main reason for writing the review, I wasted so much money. I would sue him for my money, but I don’t have the time nor energy. Maybe it’s just me, but I wanted to share my story to save others the headache. I and my husband have had other problems with King’s work and billing practices, but I don’t have the time to write a minibook.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They suggested treatments for things that did not exist. You could not pay me enough for him to work on my mouth!! Please DO NOT use this office!!

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
