I certainly appreciate his expertise, and the care and compassion with which he took care of my tooth. He explained in an easy to understand way what had happened and what needed to be done. I was in a lot of pain, but barely even felt the shots he gave. His office help is efficient and cheerful. I will never go anywhere else.

Ive seen Dr Nielsen years back for a root canal. The previous root canal done by S. Towne Endodontists not only cost a fortune, but the root canal they preformed put me in major pain for several months. So Dr Jones referred me to Dr Neilson back in 2007, He was gentle, compassionate, kind and listened to my concerns regards to previous experience. He reassured me if I was in any excoriating pain to call him and gave me his personal cell number.

The staff were friendly took their time with addressing my questions. Treated me as a person not a number. Billed my insurance had no issues. Environment super clean.

Yesterday seen my dentist, have no dental insurance, need another root canal, so Dr Jones Office Melanie called explained my situation financially and diagnosed what needs to be done.

Over the phone while making appt. With them for next week, they offered financially to help me save my tooth. As long as I paid by cc or check, they'd give me an additional 20% off. Alone this speaks for itself!

We checked around b4 calling them back to schedule an appointment and everyone else's prices to save a person's tooth are far greater in price with no cash discount! High dollar robbery!

This endodontist truly cares about people and I believe others in his field could learn a few good things from his examples!

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
