Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Dr. McNeil put veneers on my 8 front teeth about a year ago. I had previously had veneers and you could see a slight line where they met with my gums. The veneers Dr. McNeil did are PERFECT, there is no line, they are incredibly thin and look so natural I had a hard time convincing another dentist they weren't real. The best part was that Dr. McNeil did the veneers in one day. I went in the morning and by early afternoon I had beautiful new teeth! He is so particular about his work, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I also take make 4 kids to Dr. McNeil. I don't know why anyone would make a special trip to a pediatric dentist. Dr. McNeil's office is extremely kid friendly, with tv's above each chair, and a special playroom, and his staff is wonderful with the kids.
