I didn't want to go with the response prepared by the survey. I have terrible teeth -- I got all the bad teeth genes in the family! Even with taking care of them like recommended by all of my dentists -- they were all filled, then they were all capped, now they all need to be replaced. Dr. Francis has been working on putting implants in - slowly - on my budget schedule. He hasn't pushed me to get dental credit or a loan on my house (really something a dentist said to my daughter!). He and his hygienist even met me on his day off to adjust the cap on an implant! His staff is very friendly and helpful, the office and equipment is clean, I feel VERY comfortable asking questions.
The only negative I have is my husband's employer changed dental insurance and Dr. Francis isn't a preferred provider on the plan provided; but he will accept what they pay and work with me on the rest.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
