I had a serious procedure scheduled last week and I was very nervous about it. When I got there, the assistant told me that she was supposed to be off, but saw on the schedule that I was coming in so she stayed. They did everything short of holding my hand to help me get through it. You can’t pay for service like that! They truly love what they do and it shows. And yes, the procedure went great! I have been to a lot of dentists over the years, so I have seen good and bad. Dr. Thomas and his staff are at the top of their game! I recommend them to everyone.

Good Dentist, but very busy. Long waits to schedule even cleanings. Other wise would be a five star dentist.

One of the things I like best about Dr.Thomas is the options he presents for dental care. He outlines each procedure, the pros and cons, the less expensive options and the work that can wait if needed. Over time he has fixed my dental problems (and poor work done by previous dentists) so that I am now pain free and worry free each visit. And it didn't break the bank! He does not try to do everything himself but recommends a selection of other professionals when he knows they are needed. He has our family's complete trust. It is wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dentist's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! Office is always relaxing and sparkling clean. The office staff is always very personable and great about sending a reminder card to help me remember to make my upcoming cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments. I'm so confident in going forward now when Dr Thomas finishes explaining the risks and benefits of my treatment choices, I feel like I have all the information I need before starting my treatment. I highly recommend... you won't be disappointed!

I've got a family of 6 and we've been visiting Baer Canyon Dental for years. Dr. Thomas is a great dentist and his assistants and hygienists are great too. We've always had a problem with his front office staff though. At the end of every visit you feel like you're being shaken down, like they're afraid you might leave owing them some money. When in doubt they always overcharge and let the insurance reimburse you. And don't even think about missing an appointment or being late. They won't make any effort to work you in, even if they're not busy. Most people wouldn't think of changing dentists based on the receptionist ladies but I'm about there.
