This excellent dentist is very personable and able to access problems quickly and has all the equipment to solve and finish the work needed. His new office and wonderful facilities are inviting as are his staff. He explains the problems and outcomes very well and what to expect as well as the options. A great dentist and very gentle with children as well as adults. A wise choice!!!

Every visit with Dr. Cox was good. I would recommend his services because everything was in order and well managed. The ONLY problem I have with Dr. Cox was that he was out of the office (vacation or a seminar - whatever the reason he was out) and there were no emergency numbers to call. I called the office and left several messages over the span of two days. Finally when I couldn't stand the pain any more I had to find another doctor. It wasn't until AFTER I saw a new provider did anyone from Dr. Cox's office return my call.

It would have been nice to have had some direction when I was in pain. Based entirely on that reasoning (and having found another GOOD doctor) I've stopped visiting with Dr. Cox. A little forethought and a little more diligence in getting to the phones by his staff would have prevented this.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
