I have only been going here a little over a year, but my experience is always pleasant. Tracy my hygienist is very gentle and so friendly and personable. Dr Baird is great too. Overall, I plan to keep going back--I think they do a great job.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation, they were really nice and worked with me when I had a toothache to get me in ASAP. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. The billing lady is nice, informative, gives you everything up front, and works with you to get things done as inexpensively as possible.

They cancel on me all the time.

We've been going to Dr. Baird's office for about 4 years, and have continually tried to give him and his office the benefit of the doubt. We have finally reached the end of our patience and are looking elsewhere. The office is new, clean and classy with all the bells and whistles in techno-equipment. That also means High Overhead, Higher Prices, and some suggestions for unnecessary work. There have been several billing errors over the years. It is located on a dangerous busy corner. There are only 4 parking spaces that are hard to get in and out of. One of the hygienists is very good. The other is still learning and not gentle. You never know who you'll get. When we first started going, Dr. Baird was heavily recruiting patients with free “whitening for life” kits, and seemed genuinely happy to have our business. The enthusiasm has dwindled. The past year he's seemed rushed and distant. Scheduling options are limited due to restricted work hours and days off. He does not accommodate people who have 8-5 work hours. The latest time offered is 4:30 PM - and if you are 10-15 min. late, he leaves! [This happened to us twice] Of course, if HE happens to be running behind, you would have to wait. Our biggest complaint is the executive secretary named Beth who handles all of the scheduling, billing and office management. She is not a pleasant personality, and she runs the place like a Nazi. If there is a billing error, she gets defensive. If you are not early, or exactly on time, she'll make you reschedule. If you request to talk to the dentist in person, she won't allow it. We are tired of this unprofessional treatment. Dr. Baird has driven 4 loyal patients away. We suggest that when choosing a dentist, you simply look elsewhere.
