Dr. Ruby has been my dentist for many years. He is an honest, kind christian man & an excellent dentist. I appreciate him & his whole office! They are all very friendly & helpful!

I had been a patient of Dr. Ruby's for 3 years. I book cleanings a year in advance. November of 2016 I had a cleaning scheduled and was out of town for a medical emergency. I called the office a week in advance to cancel my appointment and to schedule another one. I was told I could not get in for an appointment for a cleaning until March of 2017. She said she would put me on a "to call" list. I called back again the first part of Dec. and was told again that March was my appt time and I was still on the "to call" list. I finally gave up and called another dentist December 19 and have had my cleaning, xrays and dental exam this week. Was very pleased with the staff and dentist and have cancelled my appt in March with Dr. Ruby. When I called to cancel and express concern of the delay and having to change dentist, the receptionist was quite rude and said that is just the way it is and Dr Ruby is well aware that patients have to go elsewhere if they want to get in sooner. I am sad about this experience since the past visits with Dr. Ruby had been so courteous, I was pleased with service, etc. I did not want to change, but apparently Dr. Ruby cleaning service is too busy if you can't wait for 6 months. receptionist said they book 6 months out for cleaning and a week for appointment with Dr. I am writting this review just to make patients aware.

Excellent service. I have worn partials since high school and never had ones that fit me correctly until Dr. Ruby fitted me with a set. Walked out of the office and didn't have to return for adjustments. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr Ruby has a way of making you feel relaxed and you can tell it's a goal of his. He has a good sense of humor and an air of compassion.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
