They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Very pleased with experience - needed a quick appointment to have tooth pulled, called at 8:30 a.m., was told to come right in. No wait, very pleasant staff who went out of their way to ease my nervousness. Dentist was equally good, laid back, nice sense of humor and efficient. Definitely would recommend this office for anyone looking for a friendly comfortable place to have work on teeth. I would think this would be a great place to take kids also since they work together to calm your fears. (Noting upon posting that some of the 5 star postings I put in are now ranked at 4 stars, not sure why but this is a 5 star office)

I would not advise anyone to visit this dentist. Too many negatives outweigh the positives. The office staff is not helpful as they do not always answer the phones (seen while waiting), will place blame for dental issues on you, does not always follow insurance policies, and does not always call back. Expect many rescheduled appointments due to vacations and wanting to leave early for the day. Limited hours except for early morning appointments. If you have a hard time missing work, don't expect to find many appointments to fit your schedule. Diagnosed a problem wrong, caused many more problems from it that caused much pain and sleepless nights. The office was not helpful resolving the issue.
