Dr Shockley goes above and beyond to be the best dental provider I have ever used. He makes SURE my gums and cheeks are swabbed several times with numbing agents before attempting a shot. I had some pain that seemed to be taking longer to heal than expected and he was willing to come in on a weekend to check it out. As it turned out it was just my sensitivity to the procedure and was taking a bit longer to heal up. His staff if pleasant and concerned and his offices are equipped with advanced equipment and always immaculant.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back ( I've been going to him for several years). I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely and have recommended both family and friends to him. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. Dr. Shockley is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and is easy to get in and out of. I love both Emily and Cathy, they do a great job cleaning my teeth.

Never, they are very reliable.

The dentist and staff were friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always makee sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
