Dr Proctor is the worse Of the worse Dentist about standing behind his work. You won't see him but for a few min. so what you have to say, you had better get it out quick! He did some work on me in 2015. this was to include an upper plate, my bottom teeth cleaned & Of course the exam to work up a plan of action for me. After my credit was approved, 100% turn around occurred. I received my 1st bill & it was $231. over what I was quoted, they had added chgs to my account after the fact. I was told I had to take it up with the credit card folks they had set me up with. They had already received their $$ & it was out of their hands now. Now I have an upper plate that just flops around in my mouth, he said because my mouth had gotten smaller! He might be able to adjust the plate for another $700. My bottom teeth did not get cleaned, the initial exam was not included, & follow up visits were not discussed. Do some checking before you commit to this dentist for any dental work.
