I scheduled my whole family for the annual teeth cleaning. My insurance allowed twice per year free teeth cleaning. Yeah right, I had to shell out-of-pocket money for my whole family, around $400. My kids cleaning were done quickly. My wife's and I were IN PAIN. I had to return for the upper teeth after a week in order for the lower part to heal. I was in so much pain I almost wanted to squeeze the hygienist's leg! My wife needed root canal but they asked her to make an appoitment at another place. What? Don't they have any qualified dentists at this place?

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless.The service I came in for was not completed. I came in to have my 2 childrens routine teeth cleaning. After waiting for 3 hours, watching employees and denstist talk amongst each other, I had enough and left.
