I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
