I am so shocked and dumb founded that anyone could say anything bad about Dr. Sanchez or his Staff. I am so afraid of Dentist's that I never went, the last Dentist I went to told me to "Take the Pain", that statement has now become a joke between Dr. Sanchez, his staff and myself. He has made me feel so comfortable, and is so in tuned to my fear. I can't say enough nice things about his Boerne office. They are all awesome

I was a patient of Dr Steven Sanchez for more than 2 years, and I always notices that the staff was unprofessional and rude specially with the elderly patientes and hispanic community, which is the majority of the people that uses Dr Sanchez's services. the staff supervisor and main controller, her name is Ruth does not have people skills. Hopefully, Dr Sanchez is aware of the unprofessional staff running his office.
