The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment or make it seem as if you are not important. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Dr petty is a wonderful dentist and she also has another dentist by the name of dr. Miranda at her culebra location that is just as wonderful, if not better bc she is one of the most sweetest woman I have ever come across. I definitely recommend this office not only because ofthe dentists but also because the staff is just as caring. I have read reviews that say the opposite and i don't know what office they have visited or if they were I'n a bad mood all day anyways, but this is office is great!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
