Love this place. Love the staff! Fun, clean environment. Very nice building. Love that the Dentist didn't tell me I needed a bunch of extra things done that I didn't need. I've been to a dentist before where they lie and tell me I need more fillings and some root canals. This dentist said I didn't need any root canals. I felt like he was a very honest and kind dentist. They have a little kid room off to the side w/ toys and a TV too which was awesome for my kiddos!

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Felt as if my time was not valuable to this dentist or his office average wait time exceeded 1hour.

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

My whole family has been going to Dr Lovelace for years and we are always satisfied with the work and the cost. I recommend them to everyone. They are great with my kids and they never have feared the dentist because of the great dentist experiences they have had at Dr Lovelace's. The Ladies at the front are Always Friendly and he has had the same Ladies in the front office for as long as I can remember. Also Love the new building, Very Nice!

I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
