It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

Under first impression, it seems as if I was going to be neglected but once they brought me back - totally different story. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
