They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. My children love the Dr. tiffani Nguyen she is patient and gentle after having a bad experiance i ended up at the perfect place so if your children are scared you must vist sumit dentel and ask for dr Tiffani Nugyen

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
