They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Poston has a great sense of humor and makes you feel like you know him which will help you to relax. The hygienists are friendly and informative. I've never had any pain with any procedure.

They pulled my filling out and refused to fill it
The little guy potson,then got an attitude.They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
