I got a $59 flyer in the mail and decided to give them a try and was so happy I did! From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. Dr jaffer and her assistant were very knowledgable and helped me understand my dental needs. I have periodontal disease which needed a different type of cleaning. The cost was presented to me by a girl up front and I felt really informed and well taken care of. Overall a great dental visit.

Would not recommend this practice to anyone. They are highly unethical. Received a flyer in the mail for a $59 teeth cleaning. Went in only to be told that I couldn't have a normal teeth cleaning and needed over $1200 special cleaning. Still had to pay $39 after explaining that I couldn't afford that much. Walked out feeling taken advantage of with a classic "bait n' switch" maneuver. Good people wouldn't conduct business this way. It's obvious this establishment is more concerned with money than morals.

The girl that answers the phones and works front desk is VERY rude and condescending. Not helpful one bit. The entire reason i chose the dentist in the first place was bcause they had a special on teeth cleaning and xrays. And I was told they were willing to work with you on payments. I was convinced I need a ton of work. Like $3,000 worth. And I've made steady monthly payments. And now am being told, it wasn't enough, they wanted more a month and they have turned me into collections. It has been an awful experience. Go somewhere else!!!!

Do not go to this dental office if you are a minority. The staff is not very friendly towards minorities. There are plenty of other dental offices you can go to and receive a warm welcome. I would give it a no star rating if it was possible.
