Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned?
A little. I wish they had been more gentle

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

Dr. Wilson is an above average dentist. He's intelligent and highly skilled. He thinks through procedures and is always patient and answers any questions you have. The staff is expert, friendly and prompt. Billing has never been a problem and I highly recommend this office!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
