I went for 5 years with a bad tooth after visiting this dentist. He had NO chairside manor and was more interested in upsetting me with his concern about the root being sideways, how much bone I had to support an implant, how I might need hospitalization for bone grafts etc..I am finally going to Aspen Dental who seem more concerned about my well being than selling me an implant prior to even pulling the tooth.(which is in the back anyway).....;

Terrible experience! He was yelling at a patient next door the entire time I was there, then he was rude to me. If you can help it do not see this endodonist! His dad James Gilbert on the other hand was super sweet and I would recommend him

I was very pleased. Dr Shawn Gilbert took his time and was very thorough, giving me all of my options and the approx charge of each procedure and then allowed me to take me time in choosing the option I found best for me and my pocket book while offering to make the appointment with different dentists I might need.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Yes, they don't show favoritism

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
